Spa Facials + Spa Facial Enhancements
Our facials are the way to earn the seriously covetable glow we are all after. Facials are known for being an effective way to maintain optimal skin health, and we live for this. There are so many options when it comes to facials. This is why we have made it easy for you to start with us, regardless of whether it is your first facial or a facial connoisseur.
Our process is simple: We determine your skin type. We thoroughly review your concerns and options (it is okay if you do not have any and just want someone to touch your face - we get it). We get to work on your skin, and you get to relax. We then determine a skin care plan. We review your current home care and make suggestions to fill in where there is a need (no hard sell here). Finally, we implement. We become your skin’s BFF. We suggest starting with a consultation before booking a service, but if you want to jump in, that is okay, too. We build time for a thorough consultation in each appointment.

What makes our facials so special?
The process. We think that skincare should be easy, convenient, affordable, and, most of all, effective. We have made it easy to care for your skin with a simple process, products that deliver results supported by science, and providers passionate about skin care.
Our facials are results-driven and effective and SO relaxing, and we take a holistic approach to skincare without compromising the science, results, and experience.
Our modern approach to skin care is unique. We offer a beautiful open-concept facial bar along with luxe private treatment suites. Is the open facial bar not for you? Just ask for a private room.
Typically and traditionally, facials are delivered in small rooms with very little light. Our mission is to let the light in so we can see your skin in all of its beauty and glory. Dark rooms are available upon request.
We are a group of providers that are a blend of Estheticians, Registered Nurses, and Nurse Practitioners. We all share a passion for skin care.
Skin care is health care, and a facial is never a simple facial - every facial is customized to your skin’s needs.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Skin is our largest organ. Internal and external factors impact how our skin responds and looks. With professional facials, you are guided by a skilled provider to help keep your skin healthy, and with expert advice and professional treatment, we can address skin issues as they arise and as the skin ages. Hormones, stress, our environment, and age take a toll on the skin, and we want to help every step of the way.
-
We recommend a facial every 4-6 weeks for optimal skin health. Our skin cells regenerate every 26-28 days (this slows down as we age significantly), and it is important to encourage this process as it keeps the skin healthy and youthful.
-
Your provider will discuss your skin type and will listen to your concerns. Once we do a thorough consultation, your provider will discuss a treatment plan, so you have a plan of action. We recommend starting with a consultation. If you want to jump right in, we recommend a Custom Spa Facial that will be customized to address your skin concerns.
-
We use several professional products during your treatment. We work with Skinbetter, iS Clinical, Glo Skin Beauty, Face Reality, The Perfect Derma Peel, and many more professional brands.
-
Definitely start with a consultation. Acne is multifaceted, and so is treatment. Start with a Custom Spa Facial if you want to jump right in, or begin with a consultation and work with one of our experienced providers to determine the treatment plan that is right for you.
-
We have a proprietary process that we have developed that gets results. At the end of the day, we love relaxing, and facials are SO relaxing, but we have brought together the medical and traditional aspects of skincare. It is a match made in heaven and the best of both worlds.
-
You can put makeup on after. Just remember to moisturize and wear SPF. We love the ToneSmart by Skin Better as it covers like foundation and protects your skin.
-
Yes, facials are great for everyone. We customize each treatment to meet you where you are when you come in. We love the Oxygen Facial and Dermaplaning Enhancement for our sweet mamas.
-
The color of your skin is only one small aspect of what we consider when we design a treatment plan. We also look at ancestry, current skin condition and your concerns, product usage, overall skin goals, and more. Facials are not discriminatory based on the color of your skin. Our providers are well-versed with ALL skin tones and types.
-
Immediately! You will continue to see results the more you receive professional treatment. Maintenance is key here, as well as patience. Oh, and your home care makes ALL the difference.
-
Gua Sha has been around for centuries, and we love incorporating it into treatment. Not only is it relaxing, but it is also beneficial to the health of your skin. We use stones such as jade or quartz, which are used to stroke the face, neck, and decollete in a deliberate pattern that helps to remove waste from the deeper tissues of the face. It helps to firm loose tissue by removing excess volume of water retention. It also helps to release muscle tension and chronic stress in the face. One of the many aspects we love about Gua Sha is how it naturally lifts after we have addressed muscle tension and lymphatic stagnation. It feels SO good, and it is so beneficial for the skin. Think of Gua Sha as a soothing skin detox.
-
LED Light Therapy is a device we use that emits red and blue lights. Red light helps to boost collagen production, improve skin texture and tone, and help with the signs of aging. Blue light helps to kill bacteria that are responsible for acne and blemishes.
-
High Frequency is a pain-free and gentle treatment that uses light electrical currents to enhance blood circulation, increase collagen and elastin production, eliminate harmful toxins, and prevent breakouts. Depending on your skin’s needs, we may or may not add this during your treatment. It is also very effective at treating large pores, addressing fine lines and wrinkles, depuffing the eye area, and fading dark circles.
-
We LOVE this facial, and you will too. It is the perfect facial to get if you are pregnant, nursing, or just before a big event. It is gentle but robust. Oxygen promotes healthy skin cells, which will result in skin that is bright and radiant. Great for issues such as acne, inflamed skin, compromised skin barrier, sensitive skin, post-treatment care, dehydrated skin, and congested skin that needs a gentle exfoliation.
-
Dermaplaning is a physical exfoliation requiring a surgical blade to scrape dead skin cells from the face gently. It is also a great way to remove vellus hair. After Dermaplaning, your skin will be bright and glowy. Dermaplaning is great before a big event (if it is not your first time) and can be added to ANY of our Spa Facials, Hydrafacials, or Chemical Peels. We also love how our products are more effective during and after this treatment. It does not hurt at all, and the side effects are minimal. If you are new to dermaplaning, it is not uncommon to experience a histamine reaction. Histamine reactions clear up quickly. It is also a myth that facial hair will grow darker and more abundant. This is simply a myth and will not happen. Only trust an experienced provider to perform this treatment as the blade is very sharp, and there is a technique to this treatment.
-
A physical form of exfoliation that is not as invasive or intense as other forms of exfoliation. We use a handheld device with a sterile cartridge to exfoliate the skin's surface lightly, removing dead skin cells. The result is skin that is smooth and bright, and that is prepped for increased product absorption. This is an excellent option if you are pregnant or nursing.
-
There is no downtime. However, how you treat your skin after your service is just as important as the service itself. Your provider will discuss product usage and make recommendations. You may be red or tingly, and this is normal. If this is your first treatment or you receive a more aggressive treatment than you would normally get, there is a chance of a histamine reaction. Super normal. 99% of the time, you will be fresh, glowing, and relaxed.
-
It is possible and totally normal. Do not panic. Blemishes take weeks and sometimes months to come into formation. A professional treatment can speed up this process and prevent future breakouts from forming…this is a good thing!!!
-
Treatment time will vary from 45 to 60 minutes and even longer based on enhancements that are added to your service.
-
No, facials feel amazing and are not only good for your skin but have a positive impact on your overall well-being. If you feel any pain at all, just let your provider know. Extractions can sometimes be tricky, but they should never be painful.
-
Your skin will be glowing and hydrated after your treatment, and this glow lasts for days to come. It could last a lot longer, depending on how you care for your skin after your treatment.
